Programme Description

The Professional Certification in Spa Management is made up of 4 themes and spans 4 visits to the campus of Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. Each visit is made up of one 3-day module, one 2-day module, a case study or spa defense, examintaions and spa visits. Two of the four sessions include a spa round table discussion with industry professionals. Participants will leave each session with practical tools they can put into practice immediately, further to coaching in the Spa Case Project and programme themes. Each session will focus on one theme while integrating elements of the other three areas of the programme.
