  • Highlights of the programme include theoretical and practical courses on cold and hot dishes, pastry, beverages and wines, table set-up, protocol and flower arrangement. The training culminates on Friday evening with a gala dinner, where spouses are invited to taste the food and admire the creative flower decorations produced by the participants.
