SDBS is a system which defines more than 200 service standards in more than 20 areas of a hospitality unit, to ensure that the desired level of service is consistently delivered. The system is tailor-made to each property, environment and client’s strategic objectives.

We will conceptualize and create the audit format to the mandate’s specific needs

A team of hospitality professionals will audit your property as mystery shoppers, as well as competing, benchmark properties as required.

The team will then consolidate the audit results and present them to you during a de-brief workshop.
