Director

Louis specializes in designing custom-made training programmes to suit company needs and participants profiles.

He is both Senior Consultant, Lausanne Hospitality Consulting, and faculty member, Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. His subjects are F&B, Sales, Customer Care, Communication and Human Resource Development, in particular. In missions across four continents, from Mexico to New York, from Mauritius to Jordan, from Shanghai to Malaysia, and of course, in home base Lausanne, he trains and consults for hotels, schools and cruise and airline caterers.

He holds a BA in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, Webster University, Geneva, and a Hotel Management Diploma SHATEC/EHL. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Education, Lifelong Learning, with the Open University, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.
